Lunch time salad


Salads are super fillers for lunch time and can be easily thrown together using the veggies in your fridge! This is a simple salad consisting of baby spinach, lettuce, mange tout, red peppers, baby tomatoes and fat free cottage cheese. Feel free to add anything from the cleansing vegetable list!

For some added protein, add tuna or chicken.
